If you haven’t already, we recommend visiting Honfleur one the first Sunday of the month for the regular antique and brocante fair.
Stalls are packed around the lovely wooden church of St Catherine and the separate rather unique bell tower.
2018 diary dates!
Sunday 7 January, 4 February, 4 March, 1 April, 6 May and every first Sunday of the Month to 2 December.
This is not a scruffy rummage brocante, but has a wide range of interesting goods. Be prepared to politely haggle, Honfleur benefits from quite a few wealthy visitors.
Once you have toured the market, walk down the narrow Rue des Lingots by the church tower, or along Rue des Logettes towards the river then turn down Rue Haute to find local brocante and antique shops.
Plenty of parking along by the Seine and a huge number of lovely cafe’s and restaurants for lunch.
This and other Honfleur markets are listed on the local tourist office website (fr).
